Regular precise movement brings improvements in posture, stamina, flexibility and confidence. In Paulina’s classes you can be part of a community which in itself improves feelings of well-being. Physical movement is essential to health and happiness. Belly Dance does not feel like the grind of normal exercise.

6:30p – Learn the fundamentals of Belly Dance in a fun & warm environment. This class covers basic Technique & Middle Eastern rhythms along w/ combinations. Join us anytime. All levels welcome. Drop-in’s always welcome. Come Enjoy the Dance!


Beginners: No previous dance or aerobics experience is necessary. Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Students typically wear stretch pants and a short top that exposes the stomach; full body leotards also work well. Loaner hip scarves and zills (finger cymbals) are provided for class.
