Belly Dance Classes & Workshops with Paulina

Belly-Dance workouts burn up to 800 calories per hour!

Regular precise movement brings improvements in posture, stamina, flexibility and confidence. In Paulina’s classes you can be part of a community which in itself improves feelings of well-being. Physical movement is essential to health and happiness. Belly Dance does not feel like the grind of normal exercise. It connects people to a place of beauty within themselves.

6:40 to 7:30 p.m. – Beginning Belly Dance: Learn the fundamentals of Belly Dance in a fun & warm environment. This class covers basic Technique & Middle Eastern rhythms along w/ combinations. Join us anytime.

7:30 to 8:30 p.m. – Intermediate Belly Dance: For the more Seasoned dancer or the ambitious beginner. This class in organized in 6 week sessions, with a new topic each series (no breaks between sessions).

Come Enjoy the Dance!

Beginners: No previous dance or aerobics experience is necessary. Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Students typically wear stretch pants and a short top that exposes the stomach; full body leotards also work well. Loaner hip scarves and zills (finger cymbals) are provided for class.

Intermediate: Some dance experience is helpful, but not required. Bring zills and veil if you have them.
